The handle is hand-turned on a lathe, then smoothed and polished by hand.
The knot is very densely packed by hand in Pure badger.
The handle has a raised ringlet near the center which gives good grip and outstanding balance to this beautiful brush.
This is one of the nicest handles in the Simpsons lineup.
